Mandy Elkoreh

As someone who thrives in creative industries, Mandy knows that creativity requires sensitivity and an ability to see your subject from various perspectives, most importantly, the ability to acknowledge and make use of the negative space; While she makes light of having her Bachelor of Interior Design, it has armed her with skills that contributed to her constant career and personal growth: Listening beyond words, creative thinking, and problem-solving.

Based in Montreal, she was introduced to the events world in 2004 under the mentorship of a local industry trailblazer and paved her own way starting as a contract production assistant, then working her way up to Project Manager, finally securing the coveted role of Regional Creative Director. Over the course of 7 years, she went on to manage a high-volume high-touch portfolio of 5-10 events per month, lead creative teams and seamlessly oversaw the development and execution of local and multinational trade shows, congresses and forums, for clients like CGI, SIAL and Canada FinTech Forum.

As JAR Audio’s Delivery Director, Mandy’s continuous goal is to ensure all our projects are running smoothly from all standpoints and for all parties involved, by improving processes and workflows and ultimately, ensuring team happiness and client satisfaction.

Co-piloted by her gluttonous cat Bisseh, who, unlike Mandy’s clients, is neither happy nor satisfied with her too accurately timed and measured food.
