As the Co-Founder & CEO of JAR Audio, Roger spearheads the growth of our agency, transforming the way brands engage with audiences through immersive podcast storytelling. His approach is rooted in the belief that authentic, narrative-driven content can redefine brand-audience relationships, a perspective shaped by his two decades in advertising and client service. Roger’s love of fostering happy clients and pioneering innovative engagement strategies has been instrumental in his journey. Under his leadership, JAR has risen to lead the branded podcast space, partnering with global brands to craft compelling audio experiences. Roger’s advertising experience includes agency roles at Spring, DDB, Cossette, and Unite, where he honed his skills in relationship management, marketing performance, and creativity, working with brands such as Netflix, Lamborghini, Nordstrom, McDonalds, and Four Seasons. This foundation, combined with a personal venture into podcasting that featured interviews with thought leaders like Seth Godin and Lewis Howes, laid the groundwork for JAR. Today, living in Vancouver with his family, Roger is committed to expanding JAR’s influence, exploring new verticals for podcast storytelling, and enriching the brand-audience connection through audio and video narratives.
