Jessica has more than a decade of experience as a leader in strategic planning, partnership-building, budget-management, staff oversight, and marketing initiatives for tech firms in the startup sector. She brings innovative thought and analytical strategy to every project, while always maintaining a client-first approach.

Jessica started her career focused on victim empowerment in South Africa, managing shelters and crisis centres for survivors of sexual assault. She then moved to global advocacy, consulting with organizations such as The Gates Foundation, Oxfam and Greenpeace. Her journey also includes managing operations of international consultancy providing multinational negotiation training for developing nations and consulting initiatives in climate change, which lead to founding a B2B tech startup that paired businesses with sustainability expertise.
